Which products do you sell?
We offer embroidered and woven motifs, appliqués, emblems and patches. These items are offered with iron-on (heat transfer) backing, stick-on, combinated iron-on/stick-on or without any backing for sew-on appliances.
How many designs do you have in your assortment?
Since we work for many years, our range meanwhile includes several thousands of designs covering different themes. Our range gets extended each year with ours and our customers’ ideas.
What is your sampling lead-time?
Our quick sampling service is able to provide complete sampling within 7-10 business days, depending on design and availability of materials.
Do you accept modifications of the designs?
Alterations in size, colors, material, etc. are accepted. Just let us know your ideas and demands and we do our best to realize your ideas.
Do you charge for custom samples?
Usually we do not charge for sampling. In case any special cost for sampling may occur, tooling, unusual set-up, etc. it will be charged but credited with your following firm order.
How do you handle exclusivity of my designs?
Exclusivity and your design properties are highly respected and protected by us.
What is your delivery lead-time?
Our usual production takes about 3 to 4 weeks depending on quantity, designs and availability of material at time of order. If you are in urgent need, partial shipments are also possible.
